PagerDuty + Radio Mast Integration

Key Benefits

How it works

• When stream downtime is detected, Radio Mast Stream Monitoring will send a downtime event to a service in PagerDuty. Radio Mast will trigger a new incident on the corresponding PagerDuty service.
• When a stream is back online, a resolve event will be sent to PagerDuty to resolve the incident.

• Both a PagerDuty and Radio Mast account are required.

Integration Walkthrough

In Radio Mast

1. From the menu at the top, click Alerting.
2. Under Integrations, click Connect PagerDuty.
3. Follow the instructions provided by PagerDuty and select a service to integrate with. You will be returned to Radio Mast once completed.
4. Click an Alert Policy you would like to trigger PagerDuty with.
5. Under Contacts, click the PagerDuty checkbox to add it as a contact.
6. Click Save Alert Policy to apply your changes.

How to Uninstall

To uninstall PagerDuty from your Radio Mast account:

1. From the menu at the top, click Alerting.
2. Under Alert Contacts, find the PagerDuty contact and click More beside it. Click Delete.
3. On the confirmation page, click Delete to finalize the removal.
